We had our first camping experience with Thomas and I have to say it went quite well. He went to bed later than usual and woke up a little earlier than usual, but other than that he slept very well indeed.
There was a beautiful sunset on our way up there.

Since we woke up so early, Thomas and daddy were able to get in some bonding time.

Once everyone else was up we went to the lake for some fishing,
So exhausting!

And of course it wouldn't be camping without wildlife. There were so many squirrels by the lake. We were almost able to lure them to ear out of our hands.

I love watching the babies dive under and then just pop right up a little ways away.
And we'll finish off with a giant spider we found in the bathroom. We're talking fist-size here...so scary.
