(Michael) Once we got these neat kits from the library where you could capture bugs and send them in for identification. There were test tubes and tweezers and we had the kids find bugs so there was no way that this wasn't going to be a successful activity. It almost made up for the fact that we never did hear back from the people after sending in our samples. It really is okay though because they were pretty much all roly polies.
