For the Fourth of July we did our usual Old Poway Park adventure.
This year we made it extra fun my riding the train. I had been waiting for the fourth of July to ride the train because they bring out the actual engine instead of a pulley cart. But of course it was just our luck that the engine was under maintenance this year and wouldn't be back until Christmas. Oh well, Thomas still have a good time.
In the evening we decided to attempt going to a fireworks viewing. A lot of members meet on the lawn at the stake building since there is a pretty good viewing there. It was actually pretty fun having all of the kids running around with glow sticks playing games. It was a little late for our liking but Thomas really liked seeing the fireworks.
