We haven't done much running since Ragnar.
Ok, we haven't done any running since Ragnar.
But what better way to get back into the swing of things than to run in the annual PQ 5k Fun Run. Even more fun was having 3 generations participating. Thomas didn't actually run (obviously) but he did stay put in his stroller while Michael pushed him along, and that's pretty much as hard as any 5k run.
