Odd Thomas

He is a very odd boy, our Thomas.
He makes me laugh every day with his antics, and I can't get enough of how stinkin' cute he is (emphasis on the stinkin').
I once thought silence was a good thing, but not with Thomas in the house. Whenever it gets too quiet I quickly go on the hunt.

Sometimes I find him in dresser cupboards.
He especially loves this spot now that we close the door and play peek-a-boo

Sometimes I find him stacking food from the pantry

Sometimes I find him precariously perched on the edge of tables

Sometimes I find him hiding behind bushes or peering out from behind trees.

Sometimes he's a little hoodlum and likes to run away around the car so I can't bring him inside.

Two weeks ago he discovered that the stool he's been using to destroy everything on the entryway table is actually mobile. Chaos ensued. At first we would drag it, giving me enough warning to stop whatever was coming. It didn't take long before this starting happening, though.
(excuse the unbuttoned overalls, sometimes I get lazy)

Sometimes I use the vacuum to immobilize him. Seriously, he does this every time I vacuum. It's like magic. Vacuum on, Thomas down.

Sometimes I find Lily and Thomas playing with lizards. Other times I just find the remnants of Thomas and Lily playing with lizards, and those remnants are still moving...

And sometimes I see a precious boy waving goodbye to his daddy.
Ok, this is every morning, and I love it.
